Your astrological chart is set up as geocentric, this is not because astrologers believe that everything revolves around the earth but astrologers do know that the way your chart is configured has a lot to do with how archetypal energies align around you. Your chart is based on the very exact point where you emerged into this world of time and space and essentially shows the architecture that you have come in with and that you will work with for the duration of your life. In one sense it’s unchangeable, this is the building you live in. How you set up your life in that building is flexible and up to you to decide and feel into. It is a personal work of art, which you can bring your consciousness too and evolve into in profound and ordinary ways.
I am primarily an astrologer in the Western Tradition and have studied both traditional Hellenistic astrology as well as modern astrology.
I am able to draw on the tools I have developed over many years working with several different teachers both in the astrological traditions but also in Spiritual traditions.

Modern astrology focuses predominantly on psychology and I have a strong focus on that with emphasis on Jungian understanding. Jung famously said “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” I do believe this is an important concept for astrology and that as we become more and more conscious of our inner worlds we gain more and more control over our destinies while the stars continue to draw us into who we are meant to be.
The traditional methods are more concerned with timing and that is really useful because it becomes clear which aspect of your psyche is being triggered at a certain point in time. I use the current time, and the upcoming times to look at which part of your inner world is important for you right now.
Sometimes it’s super interesting to look at the past and work out what was going on then. It all helps me develop my sense of your individuality and give you the right thing at the right moment.
I have used astrology extensively in my own as well as many clients lives. I find it very useful to help me and others to know where to focus and to understand what things may be more difficult and what may be easier.
Astrology has taught me how deeply individual we all actually are while my work in non-dual spiritual lineages have given me tools that can be applied to anyone . The two together allow a level of correct focus and outstanding tools to help you make progress in your unique expression on the planet at this time.
I also really enjoy working with relationship astrology which reveals so much of what is going on in a relationship, the good stuff and the challenges.
I’ve had a lot of experience in the astrology of timing, particularly choosing good moments to do things as well as working out what is likely to happen in a moment where there is little control in choosing the moment.
All in all I find astrology super useful and even my teenage sons often have to admit, ‘you were so right about that’!
